Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church SD is dedicated to serving our San Diego neighbors in need. Our food pantry provides nutritious groceries to individuals and families facing food insecurity, reflecting our mission of compassion and community support.

- Wednesdays: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Third Saturday of each month: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Holiday schedules may vary. Please call ahead.

Enter through the side entrance marked "Community Outreach".
Eligibility & Process
Our pantry serves all residents of San Diego County who are experiencing food hardship. No church affiliation is required.
- Please bring a form of ID and proof of San Diego County residency.
- First-time visitors will complete a brief intake form.
- Drive-up and walk-up service is available.

Weekly Grief Support Group
Every Wednesday | 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Facilitated by compassionate church members with pastoral oversight.
This group offers spiritual and emotional support for those navigating loss. We explore topics like finding hope in scripture, coping with grief, and honoring memories through faith.
Monthly Prayer & Encouragement Circle
First Sunday of each month | After morning service
Open to all facing life challenges, stress, or seeking spiritual encouragement.
A time for shared prayer, scripture reflection, and mutual support for various life struggles in a smaller, intimate setting.
